Using the Print Setup dialog box, you can select print options such as the specific printer to be used for the print job (if your network connection gives you access to more than one), paper size, and page orientation (portrait or landscape).

The Print Setup dialog box opens when you choose the Print Setup command on the File > Print menu. This command is available only in certain views.
